Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (5-8 business days): $7.95
- Express Shipping (2-3 business days): $15.95
- Free Standard Shipping: On all orders of 6 bottles or more
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, please note that delivery times may be affected by:
- Weather conditions
- Holiday seasons
- Carrier delays
- Incorrect shipping addresses
We are not responsible for delays caused by these factors and cannot guarantee delivery dates.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
The Venus Factor is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@venusfactor.com with your order number and photos of the damaged items. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
