How to Request a Refund

- Provide your order number and the reason for return
- Receive return instructions and our return shipping address
- Ship the product back (you may keep empty bottles)
- Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you. Please include photos of the damage when contacting us.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placement for a full refund. After 2 hours, the order may have already been processed for shipping. If the order has already shipped, please follow the standard return process.
